i would just like to postscribe lots of love and light towards nigels family we are all deeply saddened by the death and in his short time at the schooner he improved it a lot and to wish all the staff best wishes because they done a marvelous job with guests while this tragedy was going on it was above the call of duty well done

Thank u for ur feedback Maxine ... we plan to have a smaller group next time and do diff levels of the hotel in groups rather than being all on the same level. our hands were tied though cause of the people staying in the hotel as some of equipment has alarms and pretty noisy ..
Hi, thanks for an interesting night at the schooner hotel (13/3/09).
As mentioned before i think the group was too big as even when we were split up the noise from the other groups made it hard to hear any paranormal noise.
I also thought it would have been good if we could have had a go with the equipment in our groups just to see what they were and how they worked.
And finally it would have been good if we had not been told any info until the end to see if anyone else got the same. That would make it pretty convincing!!
Just a bit of feedback as asked for! It was a good night though.
hi everyone, we were at schooner hotel on friday 13th march, didn't know what to expect but we had a really interesting time, we would have liked to have had more ghostly activity, but i suppose thats just luck on the night, staff were really friendly and we enjoyed using all of the experiments, we found the beginning of the night to be most exciting in room 30 where we were table tipping exspecially when a member of our group had taken a photograph which appeared to have a ghostly figure in it, we did however find that there was alot of people and although the groups we were in weren't to large it was hard to listen for sounds when the other groups were in the ajoining rooms, although we understand the circumstances for why this had to be done.

thank you for ur feedback tanya. im glad you experieneced activity at the schooner hotel. We usually set up trigger objects in one of the corridors but unfortunatly we couldnt that time as there were 2 rooms taken in that corridor so we have to consider them too . there was 25 on the tour and we were seperated most of the night. Jay cant do trance mediumship on her own as it can be dangerous and is very draining so we had to do that in the 1 big group but that is the only time really we were all together. When we had a fag break the non smokers were still doing the ouija board in room 28 but again jay needs a break too as its very draining for her sometimes. We cant allow people to go around hotel on their own incase anything goes wrong as its us that has to answer for it . i realize we cant please everyone but we do try.

I was at the the schooner hotel on Friday 13th. I found it was a good place for spirits and we did get some activity. The only thing that let it down was the big groups. I was told that there was only about 16 of us but when we arrived we actually had about 30 of us. It was way to many due to the small rooms and the the noise from too many people. I dont think the team should tell people what the history is of any visits as it is intreasting to see if everyone gets the same infomation at the end of the night. It would of been nice to go and do some bits ourself as myself and my friend got alot of activity when we was alone. again smaller groups better. But the hotel its self does have alot of spirits and is very intreasting. Thank you team for getting us in to enjoy the hunt.
Also would of been great to do some night vision on the cameras and maybe use some of the other equiment.
Also for the non-smokers the hanging about for fag breaks got a bit boaring and felt like we was losing out on our time, i agree we need breaks as it is very intense. But maybe for the non-smokers they should get the choice to carry on.
hi , as this was not taken at an event i did not add any info to photos. i can see where you are comming from though . The photos were taken up an old back road . It was a dry night and although 3 of us do smoke none of us was smoking at this point.If we can feel a presence of spirit there or if our medium sees spirit we take photos to see what shows up and this was what we captured. Although we have our own medium the rest of the team are pretty open minded and we always investigate all other options but on this night we couldnt find any. We are open to suggestions though ? I will add a new forum in for photos for your suggestions. I will be adding our photos of our recent event shortly

I find the photographs on your findings page interesting, but there is no information to tell you where the photographs were taken and what happened on the lead up to the picture being taken. There is also no explnation as to what the weather conditions were like or if there were any smokers around. I am not being critical but would like to be able to read about each picture. I am asuming you have info on your forum but it would be nice with some info under the picture.

Thank you Ian for your feedback . It was truly amazing and even us ghostseekers experienced some things we had never experienced before. I dont know if you were in the first group or the second group but the first group witnessed a pc monitor turn on and the thing had been unplgged ? how can you explain that lol we would really love to return again soon ! take care

I think I can speak for everyone present at the Ghostseekers tour at Haggerston Castle on Friday the 14th of November that we had a very entertaining time. Like many people I am not a believer or a non believer but some of the things we saw take a lot of explaining and I think people will still be talking about the night for a long time to come. I Hope that Rae Huntly gets you back next year. I will certainly be putting my name forward.

yes thanks to everyone who took part last night we had a truly amazing night and to let our bunker guests know that the footsteps that we heard during our last seance were not those of the bunker staff as that was the first thing i asked when we ended ou event. We will try to get another date so we can do another investigation there but in the meantime please have a look at our other events in our calender and please do feel free to pop into our chat room

Hi, we were at Castle Menzies on the 17th, it was our 1st experience at one of these events and thought it was quite interesting, we didnt experience anything spooky unfortunately, perhaps it was due to touring the castle in a large group rather than small ones for most of the night.
we have extensive knowledge of Castle Menzies but did not reveal it so that we did not influence anyone, the medium said she does not research a place beforehand which was obviously true, we found the trance mediumship
quite disturbing due to what she picked up,.
Slightly dissapointing but we may try another location another time.

Went to a Ghostseekers evening on Bonny Barge to the Falkirk Tunnel on Friday night 23 May - very eventful - Sean and Jay were great - found the whole night fasinating - had a personal reading done with Sean and he was 'spot on' - will definitely attend another one.

AROUND 20 PEOPLE TURNED OUT FOR THE EXPERIENCE,LED BY ANNE AND ALLAN AND ACCOMPANIED BY TWO PSYCHIC MEDIUMS JAYNE AND SEAN. AT ONE POINT THE TWO MEDIUMS PICKED UP ON EXACTLY THE SAME LITTLE GIRL AT THE SAME TIME IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS,TWO DIFFERENT FLOORS , WAS THIS PROOF OF THE AFTERLIFE ?? IVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY OPEN MINDED AND IN ALL HONESTY I COULDNT SAY FOR SURE HOW THIS HAPPENED CO-INCIDENCE ??

Having been to other vigils previously including the schooner hotel we have to say we had a terrific night with you all on Friday, the chap (can't remember the name) wearing the headbrace was absolutely fantastic, we were astounded at his accuracy, let us know when you are back in our neck of the woods and if the chap is too, as we will be if he is, regards, nick, cleveland paranormal investigations.
Thankyou For a great night at the Schooner Hotel. We had a FANTASTIC night and witnessed lots of activity. Well Done to the whole GhostSeekers team you were all great, very professional. I will definitely be coming to more of your events.

I just want to thank the team for making my daughters 21st birthday for her, we had our investigation in Bannermans Bar in Edinburgth. There was a few things like my hubbie was touched on the head he thought it was our friends playing funny but it wasnt cause I could see them, and my daughter was told that a spook wanted to do naughty things to her (over my dead body lol).... I would have loved it to have been one half decent size group instead of three, so that you couldnt hear the others in the other room... maybe I could make a suggestion so people arn't dissapointed, and it is only a suggestion, you may want to visit the place first if you can so you know the lay out and how big a group would be beter, I know you cant do that with every one because they are too far away but we were a bit dissapointed that we didnt get to go under the pub into the tunnels and things, but I do know you were dissapointed too so thats why I am suggesting seeking the venue first. All in all though we had a fab time and we would certainly do it again, just couldnt afoard it all the time, although it would be fun if i could...till the next time..lorri x
